When I sell the home do I need to transfer the warranty to my client?

No. The warranty is assigned to the address. The warranty is automatically transferable to the new owner without notification to Environix.

Is it harmful to pets?

No. Environix coatings use additives that are approved by the EPA, FDA and NSF for use in multiple applications.

When is it applied?

In crawlspaces, immediately following sub floor installation. Exterior walls, framing, and roof sheeting should be treated prior to window installation.

Environix Product Technology

Environix coatings are water based, low voc systems, utilizing active ingredients for the protection of coated surfaces from the affects of moisture and humidity, a combination known to promote mold and mildew growth. When the coating is applied, it carries particles of micro-sized, engineered silver and coating polymer resins to the surface of materials such as wood and concrete. This coating creates a protective layer for the material that it is applied to. The coating is not a vapor barrier - thus allowing contents of moisture in the materials to escape which is critical.

• The technology for Environix building applications were developed in July of 1999 and has been tested by independent labs to document performance in accordance with ATCC and ASTM standards for antimicrobial efficacy in preventing growth of mold, mildew and odor causing bacteria.
