Environix has been authorized to perform a lead-based paint survey at the property.

Environix was hired to conduct a limited scope lead based paint investigation during a pre-sale inspection process for an agreed upon scope of No more than 7 samples per room throughout the property.

The Survey of the painted components for the home was performed using an INNOV-X ALPHA Series INNOV-X Alpha SeriesX-ray fluorescence (XRF) lead paint Analyzer (Instrument serial #2573 ). The data collected is in the section titled XRF Results.

In addition, an inspection of an agreed upon scope of painted surfaces throughout the
entire property was performed in conjunction with the XRF testing to determine which
lead-based painted surfaces/components are deteriorated (above the de minimal level).
